FloorBridge® joint profiles in the largest timber car park in central europe.

A world premiere was built in Upper Austria: the Hargassner-Service-Centre: a 13,500 m² employee car park consisting 100% solid wood and thus saving over 8,000 tonnes of CO2 compared to reinforced concrete.
Only the stairwells and ramps were made of concrete. This reduces the ecological footprint and sets an example in terms of sustainability.

Our FloorBridge® CPS joint profiles were used to optimize the transition from concrete to wood. The surfaces were asphalted and connected to our waterproof mono car park profile with mastic asphalt.
This makes it easy to drive over the joint in the area where two different materials meet.

Incidentally, we as FloorBridge® company are ISO 14001 (environmental management system) certified, which means that sustainability is also a high priority for us.
